Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (OG 42/2018) HR-GDPR-Art.45: Administrative Fine Decision

Administrative fines are imposed by decision setting the amount and payment method, with possible instalments. Where fines accompany Art. 58(2)(a)-(h) and (j) GDPR measures, the fine decision is made once the measure ruling becomes final. No appeal lies, but an administrative dispute may be initiated.
