ACT Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 2008
Chapter 4 Part 4.3: packaging, labelling, storage, containers, representations, advertising, vending machines and paints – ACT Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 2008

ACT Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 2008 s68-69: As occupier, do not allow a vending machine on your premises to supply regulated substances, or unscheduled medicines other than small manufacturer's packs placed where children are unlikely to access them

What does s68-69 require?

An occupier commits an offence (100 penalty units, 1 year or both) if a vending machine installed on their premises is used or available for supplying a regulated substance by anyone other than the occupier or its staff, or for supplying an unscheduled medicine (a substance in schedules 2, 3, 4 or 8 that is exempt in that form), unless the machine was installed without consent or the medicine is in the manufacturer's pack of no more than 2 adult doses presented so unsupervised access by children is unlikely.
