ACT Child Safe Standards (Human Rights Commission Act 2005 Part 5A) s95: Display information about the right to complain

Where a service for children and young people is provided at premises, the provider displays information in a prominent position about service users' right to complain under the Act (including about inconsistency with the child safe standards, s 40A) and under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (ACT), and how to give feedback to the provider, for example by a wall notice or a leaflet where clients wait (s 95).
