For each target it has set, or that law or regulation requires it to meet, in order to track progress on its strategic goals, the entity discloses the metric used, the target itself (quantitative or qualitative), the period it covers, the base period against which progress is measured, any milestones and interim targets, performance against it and an analysis of the trend or of any change in performance, and any revisions to the target with an explanation. Metrics carry names and descriptions that are meaningful, clear and precise, and an entity that redefines or replaces a metric restates the comparatives unless impracticable and explains the change.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
