What does 164-168 require?

The entity describes every share-based payment arrangement type in existence during the period, including vesting requirements, the maximum option term and the settlement method (substantially similar arrangements may be aggregated), and discloses option numbers and weighted average exercise prices for options outstanding at the start, granted, forfeited, exercised and expired during the period, and outstanding and exercisable at the end. For equity-settled arrangements it explains how fair value was measured for the goods or services received, or for the equity instruments granted, naming the valuation method and why it was chosen; for cash-settled arrangements it explains how the liability was measured; and for arrangements modified during the period it explains the modifications. It also discloses the total profit or loss expense and the closing carrying amount of share-based payment liabilities.
