AASB 1060 General Purpose Financial Statements Simplified Disclosures for For-Profit and Not-for-Profit Tier 2 Entities 14-15: Going concern: assess the entity's ability to continue for at least twelve months from the reporting date, disclose material uncertainties, and explain any non-going-concern basis

What does 14-15 require?

Management must judge whether the entity can keep operating, looking at all available information covering at least the twelve months after the reporting date; the entity is treated as continuing unless management intends to wind it up or cease trading, or has no realistic alternative. Where that assessment reveals material uncertainties that cast significant doubt on continuation, the notes disclose them. Where the statements are not prepared on a going concern basis, the entity states that fact, the basis actually used and why going concern status was rejected.
