Where an IFRS Standard exists internationally but its Australian equivalent has not yet been made by the AASB, an entity that intends its financial statements to comply with IFRS Standards must disclose the information that AASB 108 paragraphs 30 and 31 require for a Standard issued but not yet effective: the fact that it has not been applied and known or reasonably estimable information relevant to assessing its possible impact, including the title, the nature of the coming change, the date by which application is required, the planned date of initial application and the expected effect or a statement that it cannot be estimated. This is the one paragraph of the Standard needed for IFRS compliance.
